Canon EOS-1Ds Mark II

The Canon EOS-1Ds Mark II was released in 2004. It improves upon the original full frame EOS-1Ds, by with a 16 megapixel sensor that produces images of 2496 x 1664 pixels. The ISO has range has been increased to 100 - 1600 ISO. The frame buffer size has been improved. The removable storage has two media slots. One for Compact Flash and another for Secure Digital. The LCD screen is still the same 2 inch size but the resolution has been increased to 230,000. A USB interface is now available on the camera, along with the existing firewire connector. It was replaced by the EOS-1Ds Mark III in 2007.
