The Canon EOS D60 is a digital SLR introduced by Canon in 2002. (It should not be confused with the 2008 Nikon D60 or the Canon EOS 60D.)

It features a 6-megapixel CMOS sensor producing a JPEG or RAW image with a maximum resolution of 3152 x 2068. It uses a 3 point auto focus system which can be selected automatically or manually. The focal-plane shutter is electronically controlled with speeds from 30s to 1/4000 a sec. Flash sync is at 1/200 a sec. Shooting modes include Program, shutter-priority, aperture-priority, depth-of-field, along with scene modes like portrait, landscape, close-up, sports and night. Manual exposure mode is also possible. A bracketing is available ± 2 stops in 1/2 or 1/3 stop increments. The ISO can be selected from 100, 200, 400, 800 and 1000. Drive modes are in single or continuous with up to 3fps. A 114,000 pixel 1.8" TFT color screen is on the back. Images are stored on CompactFlash type I and II. It uses a BP-511 rechargeable lithium ion battery.
