Fotoimpex of Berlin, Germany was founded in 1992. It's aim was to import and distribute Eastern European (Fotokemika and Foma) photographic products including film and darkroom products within Germany. They started distributing many products during the unification of Germany and collapse of the wall, as the original distribution methods of manufactured goods from former communist countries was no longer suitable. They are also the main German vendor of Holga cameras. Brands distributed included Bergger, Forte, Foma, Fuji, Jobo, Kentmere, Kodak and Maco.
