Pre-war German TLR made by Kamerawerk C. Richter in Tharandt, Germany from 1933 onwards. After the war this company was succeeded by Lipca or the Lippische Camerafabrik Richter & Fischer GmbH in Barntrup, West Germany. Later Reflectas were produced by Welta in East-Germany.

The Reflecta has a Brillantar 73 F/4.3 taking lens, while the viewing lens is a Brillantar 75 F/4.5. The shutter has B, T and 1/25–1/100s speeds. Focusing is done by a lever on the lower left part of the taking lens.
