The Nikon F-801 is a 35mm auto focus SLR camera introduced in 1988. This camera is also called Nikon N8008 in the United States.

The auto focus design of this camera is an improvement over the earlier Nikon F501. The shutter speed is from 30 sec to 1/8000 sec with a 1/250 sec flash sync. Similar to the Nikon FA this camera also supports Matrix Metering. Exposure program modes include; programmed AE, aperture priority AE, shutter priority AE and manual exposure control.
