The EOS-DCS series of digital SLR cameras was released by Kodak in 1995. Canon also sold the EOS-DCS 1 and EOS-DCS 3. It is based on Canon EOS-1N film camera bodies. The Canon bodies are identified as EOS-1N D. The EOS-DCS 3 electronics are similar to the Kodak NC2000 series which use a Nikon body.
