After the bankruptcy of [[Agfa|AgfaPhoto]] in 2005, they worked with the former manufactures and continued to distribute many of Agfa's old photo chemistry and paper products under new branding. Fotoimpex in Berlin is the owner and international distributor of the Adox film brand. The Adox Art series films are made by Fotokemika in Croatia. Fotoimpex is also a distributor of film and darkroom material, including film of some lesser known brands, and it is the main German vendor of Holga cameras. Brands distributed include Bergger, Forte, Foma, Kentmere and Maco.

After the bankruptcy of AgfaPhoto in 2005, they worked with the former manufactures and continued to distribute many of Agfa's old photo chemistry and paper products under new branding. In 2008, through liquidation, was able to acquire the use and relocation of Agfa production lines to Leverkusen, one for film the other for paper.[1][2] While a majority of their current film is made by Fotokemika, they are currently (2012) expanding their film emulsion factory in Bad Saarow, Germany.[3] They are trying to manufacture Forte polywarmtone paper in their new factory,[4] as well as produce 110 cartridge format film.[5]

The Adocolor cartridges are the last available type No. 126 film cassettes of the world.
