In the VI series series of rangefinder cameras from Canon (1958-60), the "T" model indicates a rapid trigger-wind lever which unfolds from the baseplate. Unlike the earlier Canon VT, The VI models included the slow shutter speeds in the top dial, permitting a clip-on light meter to couple to the full range of shutter settings.
