Leidolf offered the Lordox Super Automat (and Automat) in the early 1960s. The Super Automat was sold in the US market under the name Unimatic 707 (styled '7o7' in its engraved name and advertising copy). Where the Lordomatic/Unimark were match-needle, the Automat models offer shutter-priority autoexposure controlled by a prominent selenium meter on the front of the camera. The metered aperture is visible in the viewfinder. The plain Automat is a scale focus model whereas "Super" indicates a coupled rangefinder, with a small round window centered above the lens.
