Leidolf offered the Lordox Automat (and Super Automat) in the early 1960s. The Automat was sold in the US market under the name Unimatic 606 (styled '6o6' in its engraved name and advertising copy). Where the Lordomatic/Unimark were match-needle, the Automat models offer shutter-priority autoexposure controlled by a prominent selenium meter on the front of the camera. The metered aperture is visible in the viewfinder. The plain Automat is a scale focus model whereas "Super" indicates a coupled rangefinder.
