Due to the enormous rise of spam and fake accounts we decided to block the automated registration process for the time being. Unfortunately many accounts are created simply in an attempt to add spam links to the wiki. Anyone adding spam is immediately blocked; but we also treat "silent" accounts as suspicious, and we generally delete them if they go unused for more than a few days.
