Bernard Products Co. was a company in Chicago, who used the brand name Faultless. Beginning 1945 they advertised one simple camera, the Faultless Miniature. In 1946 they offered a tripod, pan-head, and a light trap for filmholders under the same Faultless name[1]. The address in these advertisements was 328 W. Ohio Street, Chicago.
