I think so too, so I've put it back more or less as it was, and removed most of what User:Unomat replaced it with; too promotional by half. However, if the company is really producing (or going to produce) photo products under this name, a statement of the new ownership of the trademark, plus a simple list of the products and a link to the website isn't unreasonable.
