Samoca 28 X and 35 X

The Samoca 28 X and the 35 X are both rangefinder cameras for 35mm film with a built-in light meter, made in Japan by Sanei Sangyō K.K. (三栄産業㈱).

Examples of the 35x have been seen with 'FoDoR' engraved on the flash shoe. Fodor was a Dutch distributor of photographic equipment based in Rotterdam. They sold a range of Japanese cameras rebranded Fodor.
