The Yashica Electro 35 MC is a small viewfinder camera for 35mm film, introduced in 1972. Contrary to it's larger Electro 35 brothers these do not have a range finder but use zone focus.
It's an electronically controlled aperture priority camera so it needs a PX28 battery to work. The lens is a 40mm f/2.8 Yashinon-DX, which is very sharp. The lightmeter is situated inside the lens filter ring, this makes use of filters easy. ISO range can be set between 25 and 1000.
A black version was also available.
