The Voigtländer Vitoret Rapid D was produced in 1964 for a limited time. It was based on the Vitoret D, but was designed only for Rapid film cassettes from Agfa (thus omitting any film rewind crank).
The lens was a Color Lanthar f/2.8 40mm: this is the only Vitoret to have a 40mm lens. The Rapid D had the Prontor 300 shutter. It also included an uncoupled selenium meter and a three symbol scale focus system.
