Pinhole cameras with CCDs are sometimes used for surveillance work because of their small size.

This was swiped directly from Wikipedia. It's still there, where it still lacks any source.

Is it true? Googling for "digital pinhole" and the like brings hits that have the phrase within them but that are vague, or even evasive, about what's meant.
