The Sony Cyber-shot DSC-S70 is a compact digital camera, launched in 2000 by Sony. It features a 3.3 Megapixel 1/1.8" CCD sensor. A 2" LCD is on the back along with optical viewfinder. The top of the camera also has a LCD screen. The lens is a Carl Zeiss, F2.0 - F2.5 3x zoom lens.

It uses Memory Stick for media storage and is powered by a 7.2V 8.5Wh InfoLithium M batteries.
