The Peri is an everset shutter made by Gauthier in the 1920s. All the examples seen offer speeds 1/25, 1/50 and 1/100 second, plus 'B' and 'T'. It is not common: examples found have been on Contessa-Nettel cameras with their Periskop lens, and it may be a special model made for that lens.[1]
