The Pearl River is a Chinese TLR camera. It's like a slightly improved variant of the Seagull 4B, made in Guangdong from the 1960s to the 1980s. F3.5 75mm lens pair and 1/25-1/250 sec. shutter are both of the Pearl River brand.
