Optiper was the brand name of a series of leaf shutters made by Citizen. The Optiper shutters are known as the shutters of various 35mm rangefinder cameras and medium format TLRs of Minolta. Especially the extremely fast shutters of the Minolta V2 and Minolta V3 rangefinder cameras should be mentioned here
