The model 154 is a Kodak Instamatic camera released in the USA, and sold between 1965 and 1969. It uses the 126 cartridge introduced by Kodak in 1963. One of it's unique features is a clockwork wheel on top that can be wound up and after each shot, it will automatically reset the shutter for the next picture.
