The Jupiter-8M was the new and improved version of the Jupiter-8 50 mm f/2 lens made by KMZ. Unlike this lens the Jupiter-8M has clicks stops for the the aperture setting ranging from f/2 to f/22. It was the standard lens for a number of Kiev rangefinder models.
