The Horseman SW612 is a 6x12 panorama camera system using 120 film and manufactured by Japanese firm Komamura.

It is a fully mechanical system and require no batteries to operate. It consist of, the body which has a finder, spirit level and strap lugs. There are six Rodenstock lenses available. Finder mask are required for various lenses. It uses Horseman Roll Film Holders for 6x7, 6x9, or 6x12 formats. A ground glass back can also be used.

A similar Horseman SW612 Pro (SW612P) is also available. This version can rise 17mm and fall 17mm and shift 15mm to left or right.
