The Anscomatic 626 is a camera for 126 film cartridges offered by GAF in the mid-1960s. It featured autoexposure controlled by a CdS photocell. It resembles the GAF Anscomatic 726 which was manufactured by Petri, however it omits the rangefinder focusing found in that model.
This was one of a series of 126 models offered by GAF in response to the success of the Kodak Instamatic line.
