Xiamen Fuda Photographic Materials or Fuda was a Chinese manufacturer of photographic material based in Shanghai China.

In 1984, Kodak helped Fuda build their color film production line.

In 1996, Kodak was in talks to enter China with the four major Chinese film manufactures, Baoding Lucky, Fuda, ERA and Wuxi were all considered[1]. Kodak ended up forming Kodak China in 1998 by acquiring assets from Fuda, ERA and Wuxi.
