The 3A Film Plate Special Premo was a folding bed plate camera for the special postcard format 3¼×5½. It had a thumb screw below the lens to fix the lens standard vertically. This and the other metal parts were nicely nickeled. The camera had a 90 degree turnable reflecting type finder on the folding bed. It was equipped with a fine lens/shutter combination. The one on the image above had a Kodak Zeiss lens made under license by Kodak, and a Compound shutter made under license by Bausch & Lomb.
