The Dorisflex was a Japanese 6x6 TLR series, maybe made by a company named Doris.
The original Dorisflex had a Delta 75/3.5 lens and a Helio B-10-200 shutter.
The Dorisflex A had a Delta 75/3.5 lens and a Prestar B-1-300 shutter.
Both had a front cell focusing lens and film advance by knob and red window.
