Instacora-F2, with 45mm f/8 lens image by Rick Soloway (Image rights) |
Dacora made several models for drop-in 126 film cartridges, responding to the successful Instamatic series from Kodak. The Instacora series included models with smooth metal or black leatherette finishes. Dacora made similar cameras under the Universa Instapak branding
The Instacora-F2 is a simple fixed focus camera. It was also sold in the UK by Ilford as the Ilford Sportsman C Instant. The image shows the camera with the flashcube socket occupied.
