The Cosina SLR is the actual model name of a specific SLR for 35mm film made by Cosina around 1971. A common camera type of the era, it accepts 42mm screw lenses for stop down metering, and uses a Copal Square shutter. Appears to be very similar mechanically to the Cosina Hi-Lite with some minor cosmetic differences, primarily in the top plate which is similar to the Vivitar 220/SL. Also sold as the Revueflex T.
