The Sure Shot Zoom Max is a model from Canon's Sure Shot range released in September 1992. It is also known as the Prima Zoom Mini in Europe and other territories and Autoboy A (A meaning Ace) in Japan.

It uses a 38 to 76mm f/3.8-7.2 zoom lens giving it a 2x zoom ratio. The auto focusing features uses 3-points and 161 focusing steps. The closes focusing range is from 0.6 m, but there is also a macro mode for shots as close as 0.45 m. Power is from 2x CR123A battery.
