The Digital IXUS 960 IS is a ultra compact digital camera announced in 2007 by Canon.

In North America it is known as the PowerShot SD950 IS DIGITAL ELPH, and in Japan as IXY DIGITAL 2000 IS. It replaced the previous Digital IXUS 900 Ti and still retains the titanium body.

It features a 12 megapixel 1/1.7" CCD sensor. This produces a maximum resolution of 4000 x 3000. The lens has a 35mm equivalent focal length of 36 - 133mm (3.7x). Aperture range of f/2.8 - f/5.8. The closest focus distance is 50cm, but in macro mode can be as close as 5cm. The shutter speed is from 15 to 1/1600. The camera back features a 230,000 pixel 2.5" LCD screen and still has a optical viewfinder. Data is stored in SDHC card. Power is with rechargeable NB-5L battery.
