If the Voigtländer name was FORMERLY owned by Zeiss Ikon, who owned the name when Rollei aquired it? Added by Jan on Mar. 12, 2009.
- Well, the name was owned by Zeiss Ikon until it disappeared. I'm not sure if it was bought directly by Rollei to the dying Zeiss Ikon company, or was kept for some time by the Zeiss foundation. Feel free to fix the sentence if you think it is misleading. --Rebollo fr 10:54, 12 March 2009 (EDT)

I think that's a good point. I wasn't going to differentiate between ZI and the Stiftung. Perhaps more information can clarify who Rollei bought the name from. Regars Jan
- Now that I think of it, maybe I'm wrong and the trademark belonged to the Stiftung from the start. We would need input from a Zeiss expert to settle this. Maybe we should try to rewrite in a more ambiguous way. Regards, --Rebollo fr 12:37, 12 March 2009 (EDT)
