Shouldn't this be combined with the Light-value system page? (Am I missing something, like they're differently calibrated?)

- The page on the Light-value system could be merged into a better page on EV and LV (but not the reverse). The clearest explanation I found of EV and LV is this page by Ken Rockwell. The use of EV or LV scales does not necessarily means that the speed and aperture rings are physically coupled, as they were in many cameras of the late 1950s. I think that this physical coupling was called "Light-Value system" at the time (but that might need double-check), and this is what is described in the corresponding page. --Rebollo fr 05:16, 24 May 2008 (EDT)
