The Stereo-Panorama Lloyd is a folding bed stereo plate camera produced by the German company ICA from c.1910.
The 1912 catalog[1] describes a model No.670 for 9x18cm plates.
The 1915 catalog page[2] describes a model No.675 for 8x14cm plates.
