Spartus of Chicago, Illinois, used the brand Spartaflex on a series of twin-lensed cameras for 2¼" square images on 120 film.
Features of these plastic camera include selectable apertures f7.7, f11, f16 and f22, a focusable taking lens, and waist-level or sport finders. The flash synchronized shutter offers "Instant" (approximately 1/60th sec.) or Time settings
On most Spartaflexes, the viewing lens is gear-coupled to the taking lens, giving true TLR focusing. In some versions the viewing lens is fixed, and scale focusing must be used (making the camera a pseudo TLR, like the Spartus Super R-I).
