Sigma DP2

The DP2 is a compact digital camera from Japanese company Sigma released in 2009.

This camera uses the same body as the Sigma DP1, and a identical Foveon X3 design sensor. The main difference is the fixed 24.2mm lens at an 35mm equivalent of 41mm. Compared to the DP1, the image processor and shutter speeds has been changed and improved. It is sold at the same time as the DP1 to offer a different focal length lens option.


Sigma DP2s

An improved version was release in 2010 called the DP2s. It shares the same basic specifications as the previous model but has better autofocus, a power save mode and improved button labeling.

Sigma DP2x

Another revised version was announced in 2011 called the DP2x.
