A 1950 viewfinder camera from Iloca. It is a bottom-loading camera like the screwmount Leicas, but otherwise a much simpler camera with Prontor or Vario leaf shutter, a front-cell focussing Illing Ilitar lens, no automatic cocking of the shutter and with the shutter release mounted on the shutter itself, not on the camera body. On the later Iloca Ia the shutter release was moved to the top of the camera body. Late versions of the Iloca Ia also received a depth of field table on the back. The Iloca II and Iloca IIa are the rangefinder versions of the Iloca I and Ia, respectively.
