The FinePix 4700 Zoom is in a line of Fujifilm digital cameras release in 2000. A similar version was also marketed by Leica as the Leica Digilux 4.3.

It uses a 2 megapixel 1/1.7" SuperCCD imaging sensor. This produces a max resolution of 2400 x 1800. Images can be stored in JPEG in basic, normal or fine modes. It uses a Super Fujinon 8.3-24.9mm; 35mm equivalent 36-108mm 3x zoom lens with a aperture of f/2.8 to f/4.5. There is a traditional optical finder along with a 130,000 pixel 2" LCD screen. There is also an illuminated circular LCD within the directional menu control. This allows the icons to change based on camera mode. External storage is with SmartMedia cards. A 16MB card is usually included. The camera is powered by 2x AA batteries.
