The Dia Six has a rounded body. The advance knob is at the top left and the rest of the top plate is covered by a housing containing the viewfinder and supporting an accessory shoe on the right. The front of the body is covered by a U-shaped metal plate.
The lens is fixed-focus and is marked DIANA 55mm and DIA OPT. WORKS. Despite the lens name, the camera is certainly unrelated to the well-known Diana. The shutter gives B, 25–100 speeds and has a PC synch post at the bottom. The release lever is on the side of the shutter housing. The shutter plate is written Dia Six at the top and DIA OPTICAL CO. LTD. at the bottom.
