The Crayola Mini is a children's camera. It takes 110 film. Instructions on the bottom note it is for use outdoors in sunlight only. It is fixed-focus (4 feet to infinity). It was made in China by the Concord Camera Corp.
A similar camera was called The Camera Bug. Children's cameras for 110 film were relatively common during the 1980s/1990s, with models such as Kodak Kids Camera. 110 survives in production as a niche format (though developing can be hard to find), allowing these cameras to be used for nostalgia purposes (or else for the low-tech look).
