The Concord Disc 4001 is a camera for the briefly popular but ultimately unsuccessful disc film format of the 1980s. It has motor-driven film advance, a built-in flash, a sliding built-in lens cover, and a fixed-focus lens. It was probably made by Premier as it is similar to their cameras.
