The CE-5 is a manual focus 35mm SLR from Chinon. It accepts K mount type lenses. Its also compatible with Chinons AF lenses.
It a Seiko MFC electromagnetic metal focal plane shutter with stepless speeds from 4s to 1/2000 in automatic exposure modes. In manual mode supports speeds of 2s to 1/2000. Flash sync is at 1/60 a sec.
The aperture priority system features a center-weighted, full-aperture TTL design and has a range of 1 to 20 EV at (ASA 100), compatible with DX encoded film and can be set for film speeds from 25 to 3200 ASA for non-coded films.
