The Casio AF-5 is an early example of a camera offered by Casio. It is a compact camera for 35mm film with automatic exposure setting and infrared autofocus. Film speed has to be chosen manually by a slider beside the lens. The built-in electronic flashgun can be activated by a red shifter. The Camera has a 1:3.5 33mm Casio lens and an optical viewfinder. It has a film advance thumb-wheel and a film rewind knurl.
