The Zarya is a version of the FED 2 camera, but without the rangefinder and self-timer. It was produced from 1959 to 1961 by FED in Kharkov, Ukraine. It was normally supplied with an Industar-26M 52mm f2.8 lens, but could mount any Zorki/Fed/Leica 39mm lenses.
