The Volta was a folding bed camera for 9x12cm plates or sheet film. It was introduced by Ica in 1920, and production was continued by Ica's successor Zeiss Ikon until 1929. The common shutter equipment was a Derval shutter with speeds 1/15, 1/50, and 1/100 sec. plus T and B mode. Other shutters are reported. The used 135mm lenses were the Ica Extra-Rapid-Aplanat Helios, the Ica Periskop "Alpha" f11, the Novar f6.3 and the Dominar Anastigmat f4.5.
