Another in a series of 35mm SLR cameras marketed by Vivitar but created and manufactured by Cosina. Its body accepting K mount lenses, a 1/1000 sec. top shutter speed, a self-timer, and match-needle metering powered by one 1.35v mercury battery suggest it is a slight reworking of the Cosina CT-1. The Vivitar XV-1 appears to be the same camera or nearly so.
