Hi! Welcome to Camera-wiki!

If you already know how to edit in a wiki,feel free to dive in and edit something! Try to follow the style of the existing pages; generally the wiki is in English, though you'll see the odd phrase in other languages where it's relevant. It's nice to give credit to any sources of information you use. Above all be careful about including pictures: most of our pictures come from the Camera-wiki pool on Flickr; if you include any pictures from outside the pool, you have to check we're allowed to use them (check the licence on the Flickr page). All this and more is explained in our Help pages, or you can ask questions on the Talk page of any of the Admins. This page is your Talk page, where people may leave messages for you from time to time.

May you'd like to write something about yourself and the cameras you have or the ones you're interested in on your User page.

One other rule; we don't allow spamming here; any edits made just to include advertising links, or to publicise your own website, get deleted very quickly, and the offending users are mostly blocked.

Hello again! I see you haven't written anything in the wiki yet. We tend to delete usernames that aren't used after a while, but I don't want to do that if you really want to contribute something. You only need a username to edit in the wiki, not to read the articles.
