The brandname Universa was owned and used by the German company Universa Fototechnik GmbH between 1964 and 1994.[1]
They traded photo related equipment in a wide range from developing chemicals, cameras, lenses, films to microscopes.
All of their camera models are rebranded from diverse manufacturers such as Dacora, Franka and Cosina.
Universa sold its cameras and eqipment in Germany and Western Europe.
