Does anybody have an idea of how much area shows in the viewfinder? I was using my ET, made in 1984, and the resulting negatives seem to show much more area than what the viewfinder framed. So I was curious. I would be helpful information to know as well. Viewfinder
Does anybody have an idea of how much area shows in the viewfinder? I was using my ET, made in 1984, and the resulting negatives seem to show much more area than what the viewfinder framed. So I was curious. I would be helpful information to know as well. HaarFager (talk) 10:48, 2 June 2018 (CDT)
- The text of a Russian-language manual is displayed at the KMZ archive website: http://www.zenitcamera.com/mans/zenit-et/zenit-et.html
- If I understand that correctly, it says the frame is 24x36mm, and the VF shows 20x28mm. So yes - you have quite a lot of margin around what you see. --Dustin McAmera (talk) 12:45, 2 June 2018 (CDT)
